FAQ

Can I register for individual events?

Alumni may absolutely register for events individually- we know that sometimes folks can only make it to one or two events!

How can I contact the organizer with questions?

Call 828-251-6512 or e-mail alumni@unca.edu

Why is the Alumni Awards Dinner Invitation Only?

We are limiting the number of people who can attend our Alumni Awards Banquet due to capacity. Stay tuned for information on our winners! Email alumni@unca.edu with questions.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We will have a registration list at each event, so there is no need to bring your ticket or printed e-mail. If you purchase a basketball ticket through your registration before 2/13, you will receive a text with your ticket information. Otherwise it can be picked up at Will Call.

Can faculty and staff attend Homecoming Weekend?

Yes! Faculty and staff wishing to attend events can register for individual events.

Can I bring my kids to Homecoming Weekend?

Yes! The more (future) bulldogs, the better! Your children may attend all events throughout the weekend, all we ask is that you register them under the appropriate ticket type. Children Ages 4 and under will get into the game free. Please register them under the Basketball Child Ticket. If you have children ages 5 and older, please register them for the Basketball Youth Ticket which is $5.

Campus has changed quite a bit since I attended UNC Asheville, are campus tours available?

Absolutely! Tours are available on the registration and will depart from the Justice Center Alumni Tent on 2/17 at 12 p.m.
